Check-in was quick and the rooms were comfortable with a fridge and microwave, all for a reasonable price.

There was no bathtub only shower and there was a guy in the parking lot asking for money when we were leaving. I was in the car alone when he approached me, my husband was in the office checking out. It made me feel really uneasy being in a strange city.

The hotel offered great prices. We were given a king room with a fridge, a heater, and a super comfortable bed. The location was convenient and quiet, just near Syracuse airport and various stores.

Peacefull. Did get disturb . questions about certain directions about where to go ex. Restaurant shopping etc. were answered .very good service.

I was not able to use my tax exempt form. I was advised that since I booked on line, it could not be used.

my recent stay in north syracuse was exceeded by red carpet. the staff was friendly and helpful, even accepting a late booking change without a fee. the room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels and hot water. the check-in process was smooth, and crystal was exceptionally helpful in answering questions.

the location was convenient - really close to the airport, highways, stores, and restaurants. the rooms were large and equipped with a super comfortable bed, bathroom, fridge, and microwave.

the place boasted a "smoke free" room, but it reeked of smoke. I had traveled since 4:30am, and after a very full day needed a place to stay. It was very late and it was the only room available. Not time to leave and find another place. Also, made the reservation via Booked.net and don't think I had any recourse. I felt trapped.

Close to a very noisy road. The breakfast is skimpy, muffins, coffee, etc. No eggs, or pancakes, or waffles, that kind of thing. Being near the airport, expect some fly-overs. Take a sleeping pill to get some sleep. No noisy neighbors, though. Try to get a room that is not facing the major roads. Ck the map on google.

Convenient location near the fairgrounds, which was nice 🎡. I also took a trip to the Hollywood Theatre, not too far from here. the queen room I stayed in seemed pretty new and the private bathroom was kept quite clean.

The Red Carpet Inn Syracuse Airport was a great value for the money. The room was clean, safe, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The location was convenient, close to the airport, highway, and dining options. we had a pleasant stay and our expectations were met.

The only improvement for breakfast would be more variety on the menu.

It had been recently renovated, had a fridge, non-smoking rooms and laundry facilities. It was located on highway 11 close to shopping and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.
